Records Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Records Analyst to join our team.

This role provides key support and technical expertise in the use, administration, and configuration of a university's recordkeeping system.

The Records Analyst assists in delivering high-quality customer-focused service across records activities, providing administrative and technical support in managing both digital and physical records.

Liaison with business and academic areas is central to this role, as well as coordination and involvement across wider records compliance activities, projects, systems upgrades and integrations.

This role has a strong operational focus to ensure alignment of services and programs to best fulfil a university's requirements for business efficiency and compliant recordkeeping.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with content management systems and/or electronic document and records management systems.
  • Knowledge of records management principles and standards.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
