Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our butcher team to prepare specialty products such as sausages, mince, and marinated items
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of meat products
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the production area
  • Proper care and maintenance of butchery tools and equipment
  • Follow quality control procedures and HACCP guidelines
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
