We're seeking a highly skilled and career-driven Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a modern, well-balanced menu that caters to our target market.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and utilize personal judgment when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient and professional service while adhering to standard service procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation, as well as monitor deliveries for quality, quantity, freshness, and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines outlined in the induction manual and other policies.
  • Utilize appropriate equipment and clothing designed to protect staff safety and prevent accidents.
  • Maintain high productivity and good staff morale.
  • Adhere to stock control, stock rotation, shelf life criteria, and food safety plan.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
