This role involves working at the forefront of a groundbreaking clinical trial targeting personalised treatment for Anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders.
As Clinical Lead, you will oversee therapy implementation across all trial conditions, supervise clinicians, deliver high-quality psychological therapy to trial participants, collaborate with research and clinical teams, and contribute to the innovation and impact of the trial.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the clinical delivery within the trial, ensuring therapy implementation aligns with the protocol and treatment manual.
- Deliver high-quality psychological therapy under trial conditions.
- Supervise and support clinicians in delivering patient-centred care.
- Collaborate closely with research and clinical teams to inform shared decision-making and ensure therapeutic delivery aligns with research objectives.
- Manage clinical data to support trial outcomes and analysis.
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent combination training and experience.
- Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology with the relevant regulatory agency.
- Proven experience in delivering mental health interventions in clinical trial settings.
- Significant clinical experience in treating eating disorders, including AN, across different service settings and age groups.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with ability to apply clinical reasoning to complex presentations.
