Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Randstad. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-risk and complex projects, working closely with a nominated lead Project Manager and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:
- Project Delivery
- Manage the delivery of projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with NEC4 processes and the Major Projects project delivery framework.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on project status.
- Risk and Quality Management
- Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with contract and management plans.
- Develop and implement Quality, Workplace Health and Safety, and Environmental plans, ensuring compliance with contract and management plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage stakeholder and community engagement, ensuring alignment with overarching Communications and Engagement Strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with delivery partners to foster a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation.
- Reporting and Communication
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, including Key Performance Indicators, cost, schedule, and risk.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A proven track record of delivering large infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with key business stakeholders, with a strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and processes.
- A highly motivated project professional with a strong track record of project delivery to plan.
- A minimum of 5 years industry experience, with a strong understanding of the Water Sector and NSW State Government.
