Administrative Officer, HDR Admissions and Scholarships

The Officer, HDR Admissions and Scholarships will play a key role in the administration of selection and admission processes for higher degree by research (HDR) applicants and the management and administration of the HDR scholarship and grant schemes administered by the School of Graduate Research.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff. The successful candidate will have extensive relevant administrative experience, including problem-solving capacity and the ability to prioritize effectively while completing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Administer selection and admission processes for HDR applicants
- Manage and administer HDR scholarship and grant schemes
- Provide advice and support to students and staff on HDR scholarship and grant schemes
- Develop and implement processes to support HDR scholarship and grant schemes
- Collaborate with the HDR Administration team to achieve team goals and objectives
