About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic Wangaratta Adult Continuing Care Team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical practice, assessment, and intervention to consumers.
  • Develop and implement a metabolic health-monitoring clinic, working in partnership with the team to support continuation of care and recovery work.
  • Provide safe and effective consumer-focused care in a community-based setting.
Requirements
  • Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience as a PEN.
  • Demonstrated evidence of advanced practice as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Ability to function within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to and understanding of contemporary mental health service provision.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
