About Our Role

Warehouse Operative duties include Goods In, Goods Out, Technical, and Test. Stock handling involves incoming and outgoing goods, with a focus on quality control and processing.

The Key Responsibilities

• Process and refurbish stock to company standards
• Liaise with Purchasing and Sales teams on daily requirements or issues
• Check and sign for delivered goods
• Quality Control of processed stock, ensuring it meets company standards
• Use bespoke internal database to aid in product accuracy checks
• Use in-house WMS software - scanning products into stock locations
• Provide product data to Sales teams such as serial numbers and firmware revisions
• Liaise with warehouse teams to resolve queries or issues
• Receive and action purchase orders from Sales teams
• Pick orders using the in-house WMS to locate stock
• Inspect parts to check quality ready for dispatch
• Dispatch parts using our in-house stocking system
• Generate shipping labels using various courier platforms
• Package goods to required company standards
• Customer site collections and product audits

Key Requirements

- Attention to detail for operational guidelines
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 2016 suite and Excel
- Methodical problem solving and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload and multitasking
- Adaptability to changing tasks
- Professional demeanour with customers and suppliers
