About the Role:- Strategically lead the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme, ensuring compliance with funding agreements and driving innovation in service delivery.
- Lead a team of dedicated volunteers and staff, working closely with aged care providers, community stakeholders, and network members to create impactful and lasting connections.
- Develop and refine policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Promote the ACVVS across aged care providers and the broader community.
- Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and support, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Match volunteers with recipients based on compatibility and need.

- Experience working with Elders and vulnerable community members.
- A sensitive, respectful, and inclusive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support individuals and teams.
- Skills in interviewing, assessing, and supervising volunteers.
- Effective time and mind management with a solutions-focused mindset.
