About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Promote the ACVVS across aged care providers and the broader community.
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and support, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Match volunteers with recipients based on compatibility and need.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular program updates.
  • Organize volunteer functions, provider meetings, and generate quarterly newsletters.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data submission in line with contractual obligations.
  • Champion the integration of digital tools to streamline operations and improve engagement.
What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working with Elders and vulnerable community members.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
