Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multiskilled Carer to join our team at Juniper Guwardi Ngadu in Fitzroy Crossing. As a Multiskilled Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living, social, and emotional needs of our residents. If you are passionate about delivering person-centered care and have the skills and experience required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents in engaging in activities of interest and using mobility aids when required.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and report information to relevant Nursing, Allied Health, and Management personnel as needed.
- Maintain effective communication in the workplace, being respectful, open to change, and kind in your approach.
- Assist residents with the administration of medication in accordance with Juniper's policies.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Experience working in an aged care setting
- Understanding of AN-ACC documentation
- Experience working within a person-centered, enabling environment
- Hourly rate $33.25 + $10 per hour Kimberley allowance + casual loading + 11.5% super
