Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior/Master Technician to join our team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a key role in our workshop. As a Senior/Master Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Diagnose and repair complex faults using advanced diagnostic techniques and manufacturer-approved tools and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as servicing and inspections.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in diagnostics and complex repair work.
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electrical and electronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
