About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our team as a Secondary Tutor. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students in a small group setting using our proven methodology.

As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your students by helping them grow their confidence and meet their goals every day.

You will be working with state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons, saving you time on preparation.

Our team is supportive and vibrant, and we encourage open communication and collaboration.

In this role, you will be required to commit to every class you are scheduled to teach and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents through regular updates and feedback.

What We Are Looking For
  • A teaching degree or currently studying towards one
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A friendly, professional, and personable manner
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrate a positive and vibrant personality
  • Confidence using software and computers
  • Genuine love for learning and teaching
  • Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
