We are looking for an experienced Private Label Product Manager to join our team at MARS Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our private label brands and developing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the private label brand lifecycle, conducting portfolio analysis, and creating Go-To-Market plans for brand/product launches. You will also lead media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
- Manage the private label brand lifecycle, including product deletions and rationalization
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify gaps and profit opportunities
- Create Go-To-Market plans for brand/product launches, including pricing strategies and marketing support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of solid product marketing experience, ideally in Retail, FMCG, Hardware, or Automotive sectors (B2B and B2C)
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns and driving results
- Up-to-date knowledge of retail marketing, digital/social content strategy, and best practices in the field
