Job Title: Full Time Maintenance Team Member

 

Role Overview:

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our facilities team. This role will be based at Rouse Hill Town Centre, requiring flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

The key functions of this position are:

  • General handy-person and trade duties
  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
  • Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

For success in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a retail environment
  • Ability to manage a team and work independently
  • Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering highly regarded
  • Versatile handy-person skills
  • Be self-motivated and responsible
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Physically capable of moving equipment
  • Liaise with customers and customer complaints
  • Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc
  • Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
