Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require leadership experience in a retail or hospitality capacity, a passion to drive your own career and others forward, well-developed communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and training to others, and can adapt to change. If you have a strong sense of teamwork and are able to motivate and inspire others, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights and provide a current police clearance certificate.
