The Role

Customer Experience Leaders are responsible for empowering their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

  • Lead and embed a culture that fosters engaged teams within your store
  • Enable and empower your team members who are customer-focused, results-driven and passionate about delivering great experiences
  • Coach your team to deliver multiple brand moments and elevate the shopping experience for customers
  • Identify your team's development needs and motivators to drive engagement, performance and succession planning
  • Work with field leaders and merchandising partners to provide insights and drive results
  • Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets
  • Achieve personal and team goals through collaboration and open communication
