As part of our Business Advisory & Assurance division, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Senior Accountant to join our team.



The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in the provision of audit and assurance services to our clients. This includes:




  • Providing high-quality audit services to clients, with a focus on delivering timely and cost-effective results;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Leading teams of junior staff on audit assignments, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Preparing and reviewing work papers, reports, and other documents related to audit engagements;
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to share knowledge and best practices;


Requirements



We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant who possesses:




  • A university degree in accounting or a related field, with a solid credit result and first-time pass results in Chartered Accountants program;
  • A minimum of 4 years of full-time equivalent work experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier chartered firm, preferably in audit and assurance;
  • Excellent technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and auditing procedures;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams;
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks and provide feedback to junior staff;
  • Familiarity with Caseware audit software and other technology tools;
  • Experience working with private, not-for-profit, charity, and government clients, with a strong understanding of their specific needs and requirements;
