Job Opportunity

This is a career-defining opportunity to build Australia's most innovative sleep wellness brand from the ground up.

You will lead teams who help customers make informed decisions that genuinely improve their energy, recovery, and quality of life.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across 5 NSW retail locations, driving performance metrics including conversion rates and transaction values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct sales and store operations management
  • Team coaching and performance management
  • Territory sales management and reporting
  • Customer experience and brand standards

Requirements include:

  • Retail or field sales management experience
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets in competitive retail environments
  • Team leadership and coaching experience with hands-on management style
  • Strong consultative selling and customer service skills

The ideal candidate will have genuine passion for wellness, excitement about building something meaningful, hands-on leadership style, comfort working directly with customers, and energy and enthusiasm for premium positioning and storytelling.
