Barber Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced barber to join our team in a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop their skills in hairdressing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, style, and colour hair using various techniques and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to clients' needs.
  • Train junior barbers and assist with salon operations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon.
  • Attend workshops and seminars to stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a barber.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current hair cutting, styling, and colouring techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Barbering certification or diploma.
  • Experience working in a busy salon environment.
