Underground Shotfirer Opportunity

We are pioneering innovative mining solutions through the adoption of digital and automated technologies. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

This role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise as an underground shotfirer to drive excellence in blast loading, tying, and firing. You will work closely with our blast crew to ensure seamless execution of drill and blast designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your experience to lead by example in upholding safety protocols;
  • Manage magazine operations, blast loading, tying, and firing in accordance with established guidelines;
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the blast crew to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect;
  • Promote the development and growth of new team members through targeted training and mentorship;
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and support their needs;
  • Maintain professional standards in all interactions, upholding our values of integrity and respect.

A strong team-oriented mindset, combined with proven experience as an underground shotfirer and a current NSW Shotfiring Licence or eligibility, are essential qualifications for this position.
