As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to build lasting relationships with our customers through exceptional service, expert knowledge, and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs, delivering win-win solutions for both our bank and our customers.
  • Providing expert guidance on our online platforms, educating customers on digital literacy and online banking best practices.
  • Designing and implementing personalized lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with constant change, adapting to evolving customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative banking solutions.

This is a Permanent, Full-time position located in Boronia.

The role may involve occasional support at our Ringwood or Bayswater branches.
