Quick-Response Carers Pty Ltd has been operating in the disability, aged care and mental health sectors since 2008 with a personal touch.

We aim to deliver services that give our participants choice and control. Our focus is on participant satisfaction and staff retention.

The role involves working with the Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the site. This includes administrative tasks, developing person-centred plans as required and providing leadership, guidance and support to all support staff.

We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with families and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work with the Service Coordinator and other Support Workers to support clients attending the Leisure and Lifeskills Day Service.

This may include facilitating activities, assisting with meals or personal care if required, working one-on-one or in groups and coordinating outings.

The team leader should have experience working as a team leader for at least 1 year and also have experience in disability support for at least 1 year.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working as a team leader
  • Experience in disability support
  • Ability to provide leadership, guidance and support to all support staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
