We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Lead to drive customer success and shape our partnerships.

About the Role:

This is a senior position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and excellent communication talents. As a Senior Program Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to align project goals, drive collaborative decision-making, and communicate technical solutions effectively. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify risks, and mitigate them will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality goals.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks by proactively monitoring project progress and communicating updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience delivering complex software implementations in large or global organizations.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading virtual project teams in technology program delivery.
  • Skills: Strong program and project management skills, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
