As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a newly expanded scope under our existing contract with NBN Co. You'll be responsible for recruiting and managing a high-performing team, as well as ensuring project delivery meets client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the NBN N2P contract in the ACT, including:

  • Team recruitment and management
  • Program execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Risk mitigation and compliance
Team Management

You will build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with Ventia's values, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.

Quality Control

Implement quality control measures and promote innovation to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
