Renovation Consultant

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
- Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
- Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
- Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
- Comfortable with a computer and happy to learn new systems
- Open to working various shifts, including weekends
