Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our team, contributing to the success of our members and the growth of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personal training sessions to a variety of clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and communicating effectively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • Staying up-to-date with current health and fitness procedures and practices, applying this knowledge to improve member experiences and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Cert IV in Personal Training or equivalent qualification;
  • Current registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia;
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills;
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required.

Other Opportunities

If you're not yet qualified as a personal trainer, don't worry We have opportunities to work in other areas of the business, including member service roles and reception. You can also complete your work experience hours and be mentored by our experienced trainers.
