Palliative Care Specialist Opportunity

Locum Palliative Care Physician opportunity is available at Toowoomba Hospital.
This role has been advertised by a recruitment agency on behalf of the hospital.
Availability- Two blocks are available: one from September 1 to 26 and another from October 13 to 31.
The daily rate for this position is up to $2303.70 per day.
Responsibilities- Providing community care, inpatient consultation, and inpatient management services.
- Conducting telehealth and outpatient clinics.
- Supporting registrars as needed.
- Working a rostered schedule Monday–Friday, 0800–1630, with one week of on-call every three weeks.
- Self-contained accommodation will be provided by the hospital.
- Return economy airfares or reimbursement for mileage at 37.5c/km.
- Confirmation of availability for the specified dates.
- Current signed and dated CV.
- Copy of current AHPRA registration.
- Two recent references (within 12 months, one from current role).
- Certified copies of Driver's Licence and Passport.
- Eligibility for rebateable provider number (mandatory).
