Seeking an experienced leader who can drive the division their way backed by a nimble yet high-performing team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of elevating team performance, skilled in client engagement and business growth, comfortable building relationships identifying strategic opportunities and delivering results.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 12+ years experience in a mechanical building services consulting environment.
- 5+ years in an Australia-based leadership role within a building services consultancy.
- A trusted technical authority respected for your engineering judgement and capacity to deliver innovative solutions.
- A natural leader, mentor, motivator and strategic collaborator with a strong track record of elevating team performance.
- Skilled in client engagement and business growth, comfortable building relationships, identifying strategic opportunities and delivering results.
- Chartered Engineer (CPEng or equivalent).
- Ambitious entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to co-shape both company and personal growth through equity ownership.
