About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Care Finders, Inc. in Brighton, Westwood, and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing non-clinical personal care and support to enable them to remain healthy and independent in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene maintenance
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Transport clients, as requested and approved
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living, promoting their quality of life and independence
Requirements
  • Desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate home and community conditions
  • Ability to navigate diverse client personalities and behaviors
