Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in risk, governance, and compliance within complex, regulated environments">
  • A track record of cultural influence - not just policy writing">
  • Executive presence and the ability to challenge, coach, and elevate leaders">
  • Commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, and a steady hand under pressure">
  • Qualifications in Risk, Governance, Business, Law, or related fields (RMIA/GIA/AICD preferred)">
