About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Paediatric Specialist. Your role will involve working with a paediatric caseload across various locations, including Bacchus Marsh, Melton, and Ballarat. You'll also have the opportunity to support early career OTs through supervision and develop leadership skills in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA, have at least 2 years of experience in the field, and a special interest in Paediatrics. They'll also need a driver's license and regular access to a car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with a Paediatric caseload across multiple locations
- Supporting early career OTs through supervision
- Developing leadership skills in a supportive environment
- Designing and delivering occupational therapy programs for paediatric clients
Requirements:
- Registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
- At least 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
- A special interest in Paediatrics
- A driver's license and regular access to a car

We're looking for someone who is passionate about paediatrics, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85K to $115K per annum, plus superannuation. You'll also enjoy flexible hours, flexible leave, and a focus on professional development and supervision.
