We have an exciting opportunity for a Disability Support Worker at Infinity Coordination & Supports in Albury/Wodonga, Northeast Victoria & Goulburn Valley regions.

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding position where you will provide personalized support to our participants, empowering them to live independently and engage in their communities. As a Disability Support Worker, your key responsibilities include:

  • Administering medication and implementing individualized support plans.
  • Providing personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and guiding participants to explore their interests and achieve goals.
  • Engaging participants in enjoyable activities and promoting social connections.
  • Collaborating with our experienced team to ensure seamless support delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. You will also require a passion for delivering participant-centered supports and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold (or be willing to obtain):

  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
  • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable car with comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
  • Cert III in Disability, Community services, Nursing, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid certificate.
