Be part of a dynamic retail environment as an Assistant Store Manager. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business success by supporting the Store Manager to achieve overall excellence.Succeeding in this position requires exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive a customer-centric culture and meaningful store experience through leading by example. You will be responsible for conducting team development, harmonizing with the business to hit sales targets, and showcasing your expertise in Visual Merchandising.In addition, you will oversee store rostering and wage expenses, manage stock efficiently, track sales performance, and collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals.This is a fast-paced environment that requires operational excellence, experienced across stock control and visual merchandising. As a passionate and driven individual, you will thrive on the energy of the store and inspire and excite your peers.The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker, with a passion for the retail industry.
