Senior Educator Job OpportunityGoodstart Kangaroo Flat is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Educator to lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs for children.   • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the individual needs of children
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to improve their skills and knowledge
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current VIC Working with Children Check
