Lead a Customer-Focused Retail Team

We are seeking a Retail Concession Supervisor to drive customer-centric culture, empower teams through training and mentoring, and contribute to operational excellence in our retail concession pads.

The Role:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of business strategies, meet sales targets, and achieve KPIs.
  • Mentor and Motivate Teams: Foster a supportive environment that empowers staff members to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work effectively with leadership to build an effective concession pad.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee roster management, back-of-house administration, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Retail Supervision Experience: Proven track record in supervising up to 5 team members in a retail fashion environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate commercial acumen, ability to drive sales, and support team success.
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Possess an eye for detail, passion for styling, and experience with large stock volumes.
