About Your Responsibilities

As an In-Work Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping participants maintain sustainable employment outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Mentoring and guiding participants to overcome workplace challenges and achieve their employment goals
  2. Providing practical assistance to address barriers and promote long-term success
  3. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure participants receive comprehensive support
  4. Engaging with the local community and industries to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation
  5. Monitoring placement progress and outcomes to communicate any risks or concerns

This position is full-time, operating in the Liverpool, Miller, and surrounding regions. The role will commence shortly.

  • Prior experience in Employment Services or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with participants and employers

  • Administrative and compliance capabilities with attention to detail
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
