About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a Grounds & Maintenance Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of our site's gardens and hedges, as well as attending to repairs and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities, including fixing toilets and unhinged doors.
  • Ensure the site is maintained and presented at a high standard at all times.
  • Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high-quality condition.
  • Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain a small sewerage treatment plant.
  • Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, pool maintenance, and garden restoration.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
