As a gymnastics coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging programs for children that are both safe and fun.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for working with kids, and a commitment to providing high-quality coaching. They should also have the ability to make a positive impact on young lives, helping them develop physical skills and confidence.

This role requires a results-focused team player who is able to work well under pressure, often on weekends and evenings. A current First Aid certification, current CPR certification, Working with Children Check, and willingness to undertake a Police Check clearance upon onboarding are essential requirements.

Developing others through enthusiasm and a passion for the sport is key to success in this role. Friendly and open communication, as well as energetic people skills, are must-haves. As a member of our team, you will contribute to a mission aimed at positively impacting the lives of a million Australian children each year through physical activity.

The successful candidate will be required to develop, deliver, and evaluate gymnastics programs that cater to the needs of our centre. They should have a Gymnastics Beginner or Advanced Coaching accreditation/qualification and be willing to undertake additional training if necessary.
