Physical Literacy Development Coach

Job Description:

The role of Physical Literacy Development Coach is to create engaging and safe environments for children to develop their physical skills. This includes designing programs and instructing various levels in gymnastics classes, encouraging participation and inclusion while maintaining a duty of care for the children.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives
  • Excellent communication skills for providing feedback to parents/guardians
  • Energetic people skills for creating a fun and inclusive environment
  • Enthusiasm for developing others through gymnastics activities
  • Intermediate/Advanced/Beginner Gymnastics Coach Accreditation
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check clearance
  • Police Check clearance upon onboarding
