**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Pastoral Practitioner to join our dedicated Pastoral Care Team at Uniting.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our pastoral care services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in effective and nurturing relationship management with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining continual professional, personal, and spiritual development to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintaining accurate and appropriate documentation and reporting.

**Qualifications and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
  • Relevant pastoral or theological study.
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in, working with teams across a large, complex, church, or non-for-profit organisation.
  • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs relating to those receiving services across Uniting.
  • Demonstrated empathy and affinity with vulnerable people.
