Job Description

Capital Radiology seeks an experienced Medical Liaison Officer to join their team in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth and increase market share by managing existing relationships, creating new ones, and increasing referrals in their area.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing the referrer management system Dynamics 365 to plan, monitor, and measure performance, driving growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers, and working with the National Medical Liaison Manager to develop and execute territory business plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Medical sales and territory management experience;
  • A strong work ethic and a team player attitude;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyse data;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
