Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic development initiatives that align with the Church's mission and values.

The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our leadership team, a collaborative leader to staff, and a key connector across congregations, committees, and external partners.

They will possess a blend of strategic insight, operational acumen, and a heart for ministry.
