Process Operator

We are seeking a motivated and professional Process Operator to join our team at Minara Resources. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of fixed-plant circuits, including ore crushing, milling & screening, high pressure acid leaching, thickening, neutralisation & briquetting, and solvent extraction & hydrogen reduction.
The successful candidate will have a current manual driver's license, LF license, and front-end loader experience. Previous experience operating in a continuous operating metallurgical plant is also required. Additionally, you will have sound knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes and chemical reagent hazards, as well as demonstrated familiarity with individual and team-based risk assessment tools and HSE procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a variety of fixed-plant circuits, including ore crushing, milling & screening, high pressure acid leaching, thickening, neutralisation & briquetting, and solvent extraction & hydrogen reduction.
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to HSE procedures and risk assessment tools.
Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and improve process efficiency.
Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to further your technical and leadership skills.
Requirements
Current manual driver's license.
LF license and front-end loader experience.
Previous experience operating in a continuous operating metallurgical plant.
Sound knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes and chemical reagent hazards.
Demonstrated familiarity with individual and team-based risk assessment tools and HSE procedures.
Experience with systems and procedures used within a similar process industry.
Familiarity with permit to work procedures.
