  • Enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training.
  • Providing in-employment support to sustain employment.
  • Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers.
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks.
  • Keeping detailed records and adhering to all compliance requirements.
  • Actively participating in the local community to promote services.
