Lead Maternity Care Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the maternity unit.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold current registration with AHPRA;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in midwifery;
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Be able to plan and manage financial, human, and material resources;
  • Show evidence of previous experience in managing change processes, risk management, and quality improvement processes.
