Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious property professional to join our Large Format Retail Leasing team.

As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with prospective LFR tenants and landlords in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining high presence in the market through proactive networking and outreach efforts
  • Conducting thorough property inspections and assessments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Crafting and executing effective strategies to maximize outcomes for clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Maintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts to drive business growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of high performance in sales or leasing
  • An understanding of the local retail property market and an established network of clients
  • REA salesperson's license
