Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience
- Assist with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation
- Identify and assess barriers to employment and create solutions to support participants at work and ongoing
- Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
- Increase employability through training and other support services
- SOURCE employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organizations
