Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in family law, including property and children's matters;
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and court practice and procedures;
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with a high attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues;
  • A proactive and results-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
