Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Fleet Movement: Plan and manage the movement of our specialized fleet, ensuring compliance with fatigue management regulations.
- Manage Site Levels and Load Requests: Monitor and manage site levels, ensuring timely delivery of products and effective communication with customers.
- Liaise with Fleet Maintenance: Collaborate with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance.
- Ensure Safe and Reliable Distribution: Oversee the safe and efficient distribution of products, ensuring optimal configuration and maintenance of best practices.
- Capture Data and Statistics: Collect and analyze data on safety statistics and client KPIs.
- Establish and Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on activity, forward planning, and delivery volumes.
- Previous Scheduling Experience: Proven experience in scheduling or equivalent roles.
- Heavy Haulage Experience: Experience in heavy haulage or a passion for it is highly regarded.
- Organizational and Planning Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team.
