We're seeking a skilled engineer to work in our Digital Transformation team, focusing on delivering practical solutions that drive efficiency and quality improvements. As part of a broader portfolio, we have four major manufacturing sites operating 24/7, delivering products and services to export and domestic customers.

The Opportunity

This role involves translating our process intelligence strategy into actionable tools, deploying site-level solutions, and maintaining effective monitoring systems. You'll train users to interpret insights, build local capability, and capture success stories for replication across other sites.

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, or a related field are essential. Strong analytical and technical skills, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or data analysis, are highly valued.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, as you balance operational priorities with the need for practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
